Strawberry Burl Pie
It's hard to beat fresh strawberries.
This pie is loaded with scrumptious strawberries and delicious Burl Barley Granola, then chilled to preserve that fresh sweet taste in every bite.

Recipe
1 pie crust, your choice
5 cups strawberries, when sliced
1 cup Burl, Cranberry
1 pkt unflavored gelatin powder
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
Instructions
Wash and slice strawberries, place in large mixing bowl, and set aside. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then mix in sugar. Add boiling water and lemon juice, then stir well and set aside. Assemble pie by arranging layer of strawberries and Burl. First, place 1½ cup strawberries in the bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle ½ cup of Burl as layer over strawberries. Add 1½ cup strawberries as another layer, then add rest of Burl as a layer. Top with remaining strawberries. Pour filling mixture over strawberries and Burl, ensuring that filling spreads evenly throughout pie. Cover pie and place in fridge to chill for 3 hours. Enjoy!
