Shipping

We work hard to make sure your orders are shipped quickly and correctly. Most orders placed Monday through Friday 2pm (CST) are shipped within 1 business day using the shipping method selected by customers at checkout. Orders placed after 2pm Friday through Sunday are generally shipped the following business day.

Returns

Retail customers can return unopened product for any reason within 60 days of ordering. First, please email us at contact@burlgranola.com so we can be aware of the problem. Returned products should be shipped to Everbloom Health, Inc., 701 McMillian Way, Ste. F, Huntsville, AL 35806. We accept returns from any common shipping provider (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS) with customer-paid return postage. A copy of the packing slip or receipt must be included so we can correctly process the return.

Refunds

Not happy with your shipment? We are so sorry to hear that. Please let us know at contact@burlgranola.com so we can make it right. We will be happy to provide a full refund for returned unopened product. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
