Pumpkin banana pecan burl bread

2 large eggs
15 oz pumpkin puree
3 ripe bananas
⅔ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp sea salt
2 cups Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 9x5 loaf pan with vegetable shortening, then set aside.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add bananas to bowl and mash until smooth. Add pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla, then mix well. Set aside.
In separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt. Mix well. Pour dry mix into the bowl with wet ingredients and combine into a batter. Stir in Burl until evenly blended.
Transfer batter to greased bread pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
