8 cups fresh peaches, sliced
¼ cup white sugar
Topping
2 cups Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice & peel peaches, then place in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle ¼ cup sugar over peaches, then gently stir to evenly coat all peaches. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, make topping by combining all ingredients and mixing well. Gently spread topping over peaches. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool, serve, and enjoy!
Chef’s Tip- Add whipped cream topping for a little extra yum!
