Maple Burl Muffins

Recipe
2 cups Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan (8 oz)
1¼ cups low fat milk
1 large egg
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Burl and milk in mixing bowl.
Add egg, sugar, and oil to bowl and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and combine well, then set aside.
Line muffin baking tray with paper cups, then fill cups approximately 3/4 full with batter and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until tops are firm or lightly browned. Cool and serve.
