After a long morning, sit down to this deliciously fresh lunch option! Loaded with fresh flavors, beautiful color, and protein, it’s a tasty and healthy lunch stop to fuel your afternoon.

Instructions

Wash all veggies and fruit. Placed washed lettuce greens on plate, then add apple, grapes, and onion. Arrange chicken over greens and fruit. Top with Burl. It’s delicious with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy!

Recipe

1 c        Mixed lettuce greens

1          Grilled chicken breast, sliced

¼ c      Chopped apple

¼ c       Green grapes, quartered or halved

1 tbsp   Onion, diced

¼ c       Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan

Chef’s Tip: Try it with smoked chicken breast.
