Holiday Cranberry Stuffing

Stuffing is such an amazing part of holiday menus. With Burl Barley Granola, this delicious stuffing recipe combines the rich and wholesome flavor of whole-grain rolled barley with the classic taste of holiday stuffing. Recipe

2 cups Burl, Cranberry

2 cups bread crumbs, packed firm

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup chopped celery

1 Tbsp sage

1 tsp sea salt

tsp black pepper

¼ cup olive oil

1 cup milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

In large mixing bowl, combine Burl and bread crumbs.  Then add onion, celery, sage, sea salt, and black pepper. Briefly stir. Add oil and milk, then mix well.

Spray an 8x8 baking dish with a light coat of cooking oil. Spread stuffing into baking dish and cover with aluminum foil (makes cranberries soft and moist). Bake for 40 minutes.
