Cranberry Granola
Dried, sweetened cranberries is the starring feature for this flavor, just like the name says. Our goal is to make a granola that has bright and tangy highlights while preserving the classic spiced honey taste of old fashioned granola.
Our cranberry granola combines the tangy cranberry taste with the delicious nutty sweet flavor of barley. Then it’s coated in honey and the warm taste of cinnamon and vanilla. Scrumptious!
Maple Syrup & Pecan Granola
Head out to the sugar bush with the rich maple taste of this flavor! For us, an important goal with this granola is to capture authentic maple flavor without resorting to artificial flavoring.
We combine the not-too-sweet taste of real maple syrup with lots of delicious pecan pieces and wholesome rolled barley. Then we add a little cinnamon and vanilla extract to round out the flavor profile. Yum!
