Cranberry Burl Muffins

Recipe
2 cups Burl, Cranberry
1¼ cup low fat milk
1 large egg
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*. Combine Burl and milk in large mixing bowl.
Add egg, sugar, and oil to bowl and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients, combine well, then set aside.
Line muffin baking tray with paper cups, then fill cups to just below rim with batter.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
Cool and serve.
