3 large eggs
15 oz. can pumpkin puree
½ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan
4 Tbsp salted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, maple syrup, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Stir to combine. Pour into ungreased 8x8 inch square baking dish and set aside.
Melt butter. Stir Burl into butter, ensuring all granola is evenly coated in butter. Spoon buttered Burl onto pumpkin mixture. Bake for 50 minutes, or until Burl is at your desired texture.
