Baked Maple Burl

Recipe
2 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup olive oil
1 large egg
1½ cups Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup low fat milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream sugar, oil, and eggs in mixing bowl.
Add Burl, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Place in an ungreased 8x8 square baking dish and bake for approximately 25 – 30 minutes until edges are browned.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
