Baked Maple Burl


Serves: about 2 1/2 servings

Prep time: about 15 minutes

Total time: about 45 minutes



Cream sugar, oil, and eggs in mixing bowl.  

Add Burl, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well.

Add milk and mix well.

Place in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish and at 350° for approximately 25 – 30 minutes until edges are browned.

Remove from oven and serve warm.



2 tbsp Brown sugar

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 Large eggs

1 1/2 cups Maple Syrup & Pecan Burl

1 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1/2 cup Low fat milk
